Leadership Corvallis is a non-profit, 501c3 tax-exempt organization consisting of the following:
- A board of directors, which serves as the policy setting and managing body with the responsibility to direct and oversee activities of committees for candidate recruiting, curriculum development, finance and public relations. The board consists of graduates of Leadership Corvallis and members of the advisory board.
- An advisory council, consisting of recognized leaders in the community who provide guidance and general oversight.
- Several standing committees for specific operational functions, such as curriculum, recruitment, vision, alumni and graduation.
