Policy on tuition payment
(Approved April 5, 2007)
All class members will be invoiced before first day of class. Those invoices will state that payment is due by the first of October (given current class schedule), unless alternative arrangements are made and approved by LC Treasurer.
If invoices remain unpaid by November 1, “Payment Due Immediately” notices for the unpaid tuition amounts will be mailed to class member prior to the November class.
Class members remaining delinquent in December will be given a “Final Notice” hand delivered in the December class.
If payment is not received before January class, class members with delinquent accounts will not be permitted to continue in class. This last step is subject to review and override by the board.
