The Benton County Board of Commissioners is seeking volunteer residents in the following areas. For screening and interview purposes, please return applications to the Board’s office by Monday, April 25, 2011.

Disposal Site and Solid Waste Advisory Committees

  • 1 – Resident of Adair Village
  • 1 – Resident of Philomath

Emergency Medical Advisory Committee

  • 1 – Public-at-Large

Food Service Advisory Committee

  • 1 – Food Service Industry

Mental Health, Addictions and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee

  • 4 – Representatives with the following affiliation or experience in: Student/Staff of Public Schools/Universities; Law Enforcement; Courts; Lay Citizen; Local Advocacy Groups; Business or Community Service Organizations/Assoc.; Service Provider Representatives; Allied Agencies/Dept. of Human Services; Medical Practitioner
  • 2 – Consumer/Lay Persons

Public Health Planning Advisory Committee

  • 1 – Well Informed on Public Health Matters
